Aditi Hazra-Ganju is a healthcare entrepreneur with fifteen years of international experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Aditi currently works as the Chief Talent Officer and is a co-founder of Avegen where she is responsible for recruiting, managing and retaining talent in addition to marketing and communications strategy.
An alumnus of St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai with a Masters degree in Biochemistry from MS University, Baroda, Aditi has more than decade’s experience working at leading pharmaceutical companies in the field of clinical research. She also co-founded the Diploma in Clinical Research at St. Xavier’s college Mumbai where, besides conceptualizing and teaching as faculty in the course, Aditi was responsible for designing the curriculum, recruiting faculty, setting up the advisory board, selecting students and providing them work placements.
Aditi is the editor of the Connected Health Quarterly, the first-of- its-kind newsmagazine/content website focused on Healthcare Delivery and Innovation.
Apart from being a yoga enthusiast and a classical vocalist, Aditi is the mother of two little boys who inspire her to apply her skills towards improving healthcare.
