“Life is beautiful.

Each life could be made more beautiful if each of us has a little more empathy than we currently have. Access to good healthcare is the right of all human beings. In recent times we see that ‘good’ is turning into a luxury that most people cannot afford or are not aware of. Using digital technology we can bring a change to this status quo and make information available to everyone. Information helps people make informed decisions. In our humble efforts at ALMATA, we want to bring order to this plethora of information and convert it into usable bite-size data for mass consumption.

Nidhi has spent the last four years working in start-ups, taking care of everything non-code. She immensely enjoys the clutter and the task of bringing it to order, the flat hierarchy and no-frills environment that start-ups offer.
She previously worked for Siminars, an e-learning platform in the capacity of a Product and Project Manager. She started the practice of customer engagement and successfully re-engaged hundreds of users. She has also worked as an All-in-one Manager for SafetyChanger, a QHSE domain based web and mobile platform for industrial safety. She interacting with hundreds of potential industry leaders while trying to promote the product, organized workshops around Safety Interventions and maintained a healthy pipeline for product development.
She has spent a good part of the last year being an Interaction Designer for a technology services start-up wherein she designed the user-experience of 10+ products.
Prior to the tryst with start-ups, Nidhi worked with Cognizant Technology Solutions for 6 years in the roles of Application Developer & Tester and Project Management Associate.

By training, Nidhi has a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the YMCA University, Faridabad and a PGDM(HR) from Symbiosis Centre of Distance Learning, Pune.

Nidhi is a doting mother to a kindergarten kid and an avid reader of crime thrillers and current affairs. She loves her coffee black and suffers from Tepidophobia. In her free time she loves browsing the internet for anything and everything.
